Yep, and there's a small break in it where the gravelly fastener is in the middle, above the window. I'll try and get a picture tomorrow when it goes off for its hinge replacement work.

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean the metal 'bits' that are fixed to the roof which have to be pulled down into the jaws of the clamp 'bits' (which are on top of the end walls)?

Mine has an original strip of square sponge stuck along the top of the side walls. This makes a nice draught excluder when the sides are brought up into position. Forgot I had that until now...

Fraid not, the plate on the back of the Portafold has to match the one on the car and if your car was manufactured (not registered) on or after the 1st of January 1973 then it has to have reflective plates on it. I did have a supplier for the deep dish hub caps to fit your longer style hubs but unfortunately he's gone into hiding and no longer answers my emails. I was able to get them for £15 each brand new but because they were so dished he was having trouble making them without about tooling marks in them....
