Just been checking the tyres on the Portafold we have just bought and it also has 13" wheels. Does anyone know where i can get a spare?

Having just bought my first Portafold I need some advice on what seals should be on the edges? Did the early ones come with a jockey wheel? the one on this doesn't look right.
