Hello Portafold Friends
We are hoping we have manged to let everyone know the following news, but we know some people do not have Facebook.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Portafold Matthew (Matthew Sadler) unexpectedly in March 2026 whilst on holiday with his partner Sharon and family
We are sending our thoughts and love to his family at this difficult time.
Matthew brought so many people together through the world of Portafolds, not only through his knowledge and generosity, but also through the events he organised, creating a strong and welcoming community. He freely shared his expertise with others, helping so many people over the years.

We are in contact with the team at Retro Festival and are putting together a plan for payments going forward and how to action the payments for people who have already paid directly to Matthew. Do not send any payments to any bank details you have been given previously.
