"1967 Portafold folding caravan. Great project for someone. With careful restoration, this caravan can be restored to its former glory and provide years of use and enjoyment. I do not have the time myself otherwise I would be restoring it myself. The main body is fibreglass so it has withstood the test of time, the chassis and running gear will need a full overhaul, the wheels, brakes drums shock absorbers etc are mini parts, the A frame seems in good condition. There is some damage to one corner of the roof. Not sure of exact date, but believe it is around 1967. It’s been in our family for around 34 years. It can sleep 2 adults and 2 children quite easily. This is a rare and valuable 1960's Portafold Folding Caravan that is perfect for restoration projects or collectors of vintage items.
